Boston Financial Honors One Boston Day

April is National Volunteer Month! Boston Financial is a purpose-driven company, and in the last year over 100 Boston Financial team members volunteered 400+ hours at a dozen different organizations!

In honor of One Boston Day, observed annually on April 15th and dedicated to the heroes and victims of the 2013 Boston Marathon tragedy, our team members and friends from Holland & Knight LLP volunteered with both the New England Center and Home for Veterans and The Greater Boston Food Bank. At the Greater Boston Food Bank, we packaged up over 22,000 pounds of food, which will make over 18,000 meals for families in the Greater Boston Area. We also served lunch at New England Center and Home for Veterans. NECHV is the nation’s first and largest veteran-specific homeless shelter, and serves over 1,000 veterans annually, with approximately 250 residing at the center each night.
