Affordable Housing Preservation Impact Investment Funds

Boston Financial’s Preservation Impact Investment Funds give investors an opportunity to positively impact communities by preserving affordability and limiting tenant displacement while achieving solid, risk-adjusted returns. Our proprietary and multi-investor impact funds provide joint-venture equity or mezzanine debt to developers for the acquisition of properties in anticipation of a repositioning, refinancing, or eventual LIHTC re-syndication. Our impact fund investments also provide intentional, accountable, and measurable alignment with 24 impact targets and 10 of the United Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

Community Development (CDFI) Investments

Boston Financial is the only for-profit affordable housing syndicator with community development financial institution (CDFI) capabilities. We can help you meet your social impact goals with customized community development investments and affordable housing investment funds. Boston Financial’s wholly-owned subsidiary, American Community Capital (ACC), is a certified CDFI with a mission to support the creation and preservation of affordable housing.
