The Hammond at Greenmount Park Nominated for an AHF Readers’ Choice Award

We are honored that The Hammond at Greenmount Park was just named as a finalist for Affordable Housing Finance’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards!
This development brings critical affordable housing to the Johnston Square neighborhood in Baltimore, including 109 units of mixed-income housing serving households earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income, nearly 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail in the form of a new public library, and a new 2,500-square-foot community space. In addition, 12 units are permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless women and families.
