Garden Towers Profiled In Multi-Housing News

Thank you to Multi-Housing News for profiling Garden Towers, one of Boston Financial’s investment communities in The Bronx, New York. Built by our partners, Foxy Management, Ltd. Lendlease, Garden Towers is a 149-home community developed under NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development’s Senior Affordable Rental Apartments program. Thirty percent of the homes will be available for homeless seniors and all apartments will be affordable to seniors age 62 or older who earn at or below 50% of the Area Median Income.

Common-area amenities will include a glass greenhouse connecting the two buildings, a computer room, on-site laundry, a social services suite, indoor bicycle storage and resident parking. Lendlease also built the property to meet Passive House environmental standards, including solar panels, upgraded insulation, electric MEP systems and a central exhaust system that minimizes heat loss.
