Roy Faerber, Senior Vice President of Equity Production at Boston Financial, was honored to join Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, Meta Housing Corporation President Kasey Burke, and LA Housing Authority President Doug Guthrie for the opening of LAMP Lodge, a new 82-unit affordable housing community which will provide permanent supportive housing for homeless, chronically homeless and individuals with special needs.

Boston Financial is proud to have partnered with Meta Housing on this important project. Located in Central City East, at the heart of Los Angeles’ homelessness crisis, this community features a host of amenities including a community kitchen and a community garden. The community garden along with the supportive services planned at the community will help to create a holistic environment that will support the wellness of residents. Thank you to our other partners on this project: The People Concern; California Department of Housing & Community Development; City of Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department; Los Angeles County Development Authority; California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC); and J.P. Morgan Chase.
