Arlington is an inclusive community to all young adults experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Every apartment comes with furniture. Supportive Services are extensive and cost over $1 million per year with the property paying $100,000 and the rest paid by the State. A supportive services staff of 14 includes a housing director, 4 resident case managers, a clinical supervisor, chemical dependency professional, behavioral health therapist, housing case manager, and peer resident manager.
