Boston Financial’s Preservation Funds and Impact Investments seek to positively impact communities by preserving affordability and limiting tenant displacement while achieving solid, risk-adjusted returns. Our proprietary and multi-investor preservation and impact investments provide joint-venture equity or mezzanine debt to developers for the acquisition of properties in anticipation of a repositioning, refinancing, or eventual LIHTC re-syndication. Our impact investments also provide intentional, accountable, and measurable alignment with 24 impact targets and 10 of the United Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
