Todd D. Jones, Head of Tax Credit Equity Production
Todd Jones is the Head of Tax Credit Equity Production. He joined Boston Financial in 2012 and has over 18 years of affordable housing experience, where he has been involved in raising more than $10 billion of investor capital for tax advantaged investment funds. As the Head of Tax Credit Equity Production, Todd is a member of the Boston Financial Senior Management Team and sits on its Investment Committee. He is responsible for leading the day-to-day strategic direction of Boston Financial’s tax credit syndication business with direct oversight of its national originations platform, asset selection, pricing, structuring and marketing of its tax credit equity funds, as well as all investor sales and relations activities of the firm.
Todd joined Boston Financial as Director of Institutional Sales in 2012 with primary responsibility for identifying and securing institutional capital for all multi-investor and proprietary fund offerings. In this role, he oversaw the fund marketing and sales activities of the firm, as well as the day-to-day management of all broker-dealer relationships. Prior to joining Boston Financial, Todd served as Vice President and Manager of Institutional Sales at PNC Financial Services Group where he led the sales and marketing efforts of its national Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investment funds.
Todd received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Bellarmine University, where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. He has also held Series 7, 39, 63, and 79 securities licenses through FINRA. Additionally, Todd represents Boston Financial as a member of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition Board of Directors.
