Sahang-Hee Hahn is Managing Director and Head of Business Development and Strategy at Boston Financial, where she leads the firm’s business strategy function, partnering with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute new opportunities and advance long-term initiatives. She drives growth in Boston Financial’s core tax credit syndication business, leveraging deep expertise in enterprise strategy, M&A integration, and LIHTC transactions.
A seasoned financial services leader, Sahang-Hee has led complex transformation initiatives that delivered measurable results, including restructuring an insurance subsidiary, acquiring a fintech company, and integrating and evolving that business into a sustainable, diversified platform.
Previously, she served as Lead Counsel for state and local tax matters at a Fortune 500 company, advising on LIHTC and other tax credit transactions and leading end-to-end execution. She later served as Head of Strategy and Planning for the company’s law division, advising senior leadership on corporate governance, enterprise risk, and regulatory initiatives while overseeing legal operations and financial management.
Sahang-Hee holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, a JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law, and an MBA from the Wharton School.
