Peter and his team of architects and engineers evaluate and underwrite the environmental, design and construction risks on all investments of Boston Financial. Peter has over 35 years of industry experience including architectural design, construction oversight, development project management, asset management and dispositions for a variety of building types. His experience in the affordable housing exceeds 10 years including over 3 years underwriting, marketing, and negotiating the sale of a 24-property national multi-family portfolio valued at over $160 million on behalf of LendLease Real Estate Investments, a Boston Financial predecessor. Peter holds a BA in Urban Studies from U. of MD and a B. Architecture from Boston Architectural College. He is a registered architect in Massachusetts.
