Matt Hawkes, Senior Director, Account Management

Matt is responsible for overseeing the Account Management function at Boston Financial which leads the real estate underwriting of LIHTC investments. In this role, Matt leads the internal Screening Committee that reviews and provides feedback on LIHTC investments in advance of closing. Matt joined Boston Financial in 2016 and has 20 years of real estate, affordable housing, and LIHTC experience. Prior to joining Boston Financial, Matt spent more than 10 years at a national tax credit syndicator in senior roles within their Acquisitions group. Matt holds a BA from Gettysburg College and a JD from Suffolk University.
