Mark Tolliver, Senior Director, Capital

As Director of Capital, Mark’s team is responsible for managing Boston Financial’s proprietary relationships to ensure optimal alignment around capital sources and deal origination efforts. Mark joined Boston Financial in 2013, and has over 18 years of affordable housing experience. Over his career, Mark has served in a variety of credit and underwriting functions as well as investor facing roles – including as an Account Manager underwriting deals, and more recently as a Capital Officer where he was involved in the placement of over $1 billion of proprietary investor capital. Mark earned his MBA and BS (in Finance) from Indiana University. Mark is based out of our Louisville, KY regional office.
