Marie D. Reynolds, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Marie is CFO and COO of Boston Financial. She joined Boston Financial in 1995 and has 27 years of financial analysis and reporting experience within the affordable housing and LIHTC industry. Marie sets financial policy for Boston Financial, works with senior executives to set strategic direction and develop policies that have organization-wide impact, and serves as a member of Boston Financial’s Executive and Investment Committees. Marie was recently elected by public shareholders to the Board of Directors of Lument’s publicly traded REIT, Lument Finance Trust (LFT). Marie started her career at Boston Financial, first as an Assistant Controller of the Tax Credit Funds, then as Senior Financial Analyst in the corporate reporting group. From 1999-2009, she served as Business Unit Controller, when Boston Financial was under the ownership of Lend Lease and MuniMae. Marie was promoted to Executive Vice President and Director of Finance, Reporting and Treasury and subsequently named Chief Financial Officer in 2014. Marie holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a BBA from Siena College.
