Diego Benites, Senior Managing Director, Equity Production

Diego has 25 years of experience in tax credit syndication, multifamily development, and real estate finance. He is responsible for originating and structuring affordable housing investments from nonprofit and public housing authorities nationwide, and has syndicated development investments totaling $1.0 billion in LIHTC equity, including over $550 million in tax credit equity with some of the most respected housing authorities and nonprofits in the country. Diego is one of two Boston Financial representatives on the ORIX Corporation USA CSR Advisory Committee, which focuses on building and improving the social, economic, and environmental infrastructure of the communities where we do business. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, a Master of Architecture II from Syracuse University, and an Architect Diploma from the National University of Argentina.
