Sarah J. Laubinger, Chief Production Officer

Sarah is the Chief Production Officer of Boston Financial. She joined Boston Financial in 1997 and has over 25 years of real estate, affordable housing, and LIHTC experience including sourcing, structuring, underwriting and closing over $7 billion in low-income housing & historic tax credit equity. Sarah leads Boston Financial’s Production function, which includes LIHTC syndication, affordable housing preservation, and impact investing, including Boston Financial’s newly certified CDFI, American Community Capital, LP. She is responsible for providing strategic direction and support, including the identification and marketing of new capital sources, the structuring and pricing of new offerings, and the selection of property-level investments. Sarah has been a member of Boston Financial’s Executive and Senior Management Teams as well as Investment Committee since 2005 and has been instrumental in establishing Boston Financial as one of the largest and well-respected syndication firms in the tax credit industry. Sarah has been recognized by Affordable Housing Finance as one of America’s top women in affordable housing and honored by Preservation Massachusetts with the Paul & Niki Tsongas Award for her outstanding commitment to the revitalization of safe and affordable housing throughout the Commonwealth. Sarah is a member of the Real Estate Council of Boston College and holds a BS in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
