Michael H. Gladstone, Senior Managing Director, General Counsel

Mike is Boston Financial’s General Counsel. He joined Boston Financial in 1985 and has over 37 years of affordable housing and LIHTC experience. Mike is involved in Boston Financial’s overall business activities, including new business and new product development efforts. In his time at Boston Financial he has acted in numerous capacities at the firm, including heading and co-heading Capital Transactions from 2003 to 2021. Prior to joining Boston Financial, Mike was an attorney with Herrick & Smith and Powers & Hall. Mike has served on the advisory board of Housing and Development Reporter and has lectured at Harvard and Cornell Universities on affordable housing matters. He is a member of the Cornell Real Estate Council and Massachusetts Bar. Mike holds a JD and MBA from Cornell University and a BA from Emory University.
