Gregory P. Voyentzie, Chief Executive Officer
Greg is the Chief Executive Officer of Boston Financial, as well as a member of the Management Committee for ORIX Corporation USA, the parent company of Boston Financial. He joined Boston Financial in 1999 and has over 28 years of affordable housing and LIHTC experience. Prior to his current position, Greg was an Executive Vice President and co-lead of the Production group, where he had joint responsibility for the strategic direction of the LIHTC syndication platform, identifying and marketing new capital sources, and selecting property-level investments. During his tenure in the role, Boston Financial syndicated over $2.3 billion of tax credit equity. Greg has held several other senior positions within the company and has been a member of the firm’s Investment Committee since 2005. Before joining Boston Financial, Greg was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and a senior associate within Ernst & Young LLP’s National Tax Practice. Greg is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is a member of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition. He has also been a guest lecturer at Harvard University. Greg holds an MBA and a BS from the University of Connecticut.
