Lincoln Williamson, Associate Director, Preservation and Impact Investments

Lincoln joined Boston Financial in 2015. He has over 38 years of real estate experience, of which 28 years is within the affordable housing sector. Prior to joining Boston Financial, Lincoln’s affordable housing career included: Director of Acquisition for Hunt Capital Partners, Managing Director of AIG Global Real Estate, and Finance Officer for Japanese-based Sumitomo Trust & Banking Company (now Sumitomo Mitsui). Lincoln is a third-term elected official for the City of Los Angeles, serving as a volunteer as Area 7 Chair of the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council (HHWNC). As part of his official capacity, he organizes and participates in public meetings and votes on numerous community impacting issues, including development entitlement applications. The geographic area he serves includes historic Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards – both of which are high development communities. Lincoln has been licensed by the State of California to practice real estate since 1985, and he has a BSc from the University of Southern California.
